Event ini telah diadakan di kaki Gunung Santubong pada 2 - 3 Mac 2019. Sebanyak 679 peserta dari seluruh Malaysia telah terlibat dan berjaya mengatasi rekod terdahulu.
Walaupun pada petangnya kami terkena hujan yang lebat, namun semangat untuk bercamping tetap diteruskan.

Cara Membuat Mee Kolok, HALAL

Bahan-bahan diperlukan:
Mee Kolok
Daun bawang (dipotong halus)
Daun sup ( dicincang halus)
500gram daging (potong sederhana)
Minyak Bawang merah
Kicap Manis
Kiub pati lembu -
Segenggam cili padi
Satu mangkuk kecil sos cili (apple gunakan maggie sos)

Cara menyediakan dan memasak:

1.) Mula-mula panaskan minyak, kemudian gorengkan bawang merah.Setelah bawang bertukar warna kecoklatan, angkat dan tapiskan.
2) Minyak bawang di pindahkan ke mangkuk kecik
3) Rebus daging sehingga empuk.Setelah daging sudah masak, angkat kan.Air daging jangan dibuang.Digunakkan untuk membuat sup.
4) Masukkan kiub lembu di dalam air rebusan dan tambahkan perasa secukup rasa.
5) Didihkan air panas di dalam kuali yang berlainan.Setelah air nya mendidih , masukkan mee kolok di dalam nya.beberapa saat, toskan mee kolok.
6) Di dalam mangkuk makanan, letakkan dua sudu besar minyak goreng, dan dua sudu kicap hitam.
7) Gaulkan mee kolok yang telah direbus tadi bersama minyak bawang dan kicap manis.
8) Masukkan sedikit daun sup, daun bawang, dan bawang goreng.gaulkan.
9) taburkan daging dan sayur tauge di atas nya.
10. Untuk sos mee kolok:- -Blendkan cili padi dan sos cili (letakkan sedikit air) -Sedia untuk di hidangkan

Penduduk di sini sentiasa mengalu-alukan pelancong dengan hati terbuka, seperti kebanyakan penduduk Kuching. Anda boleh minum kopi, makan - makanan tempatan, makanan laut, pisang goreng rangup dan duduk di sepanjang bangku-bangku untuk menonton matahari terbenam.
Lokasi ini popular untuk perjalanan memancing, kerana ayah saya biasa pergi memancing di sana. Terdapat penduduk kampung berdekatan menjual ikan segar dan makanan laut lain juga. Sekiranya anda suka memancing, inilah tempat untuk mendapatkan ikan segar.
